Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 24 hours of receiving your order. Standard shipping typically takes between [2-5 business days], for destinations within the United States. Once your item is shipped, you will receive an additional email with your order tracking information in it. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather) may impact your estimated delivery date.
Return & Exchange Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. Most items sold by GG Collections are new or pre-owned so you should expect most items to be in fair to excellent condition. Refund exceptions may be evaluated on a case by case basic. All hard surface items such as shoes or handbages will be santized prior to shipping. Most clothing items will be santized only if GG Collections feels the santizing process will not harm or stain the fabric of the garment in any way.
